The Big Apple
Started my first day as Annie Leibovitz’s new intern. As I expected, it was a great experience and everyone who works at the studio is fantastic. While I’ve only been there one day it seems like they’ll have a lot of work for me and the other interns. Cataloging all of her new and old work from Rolling Stone, NY Times, Vanity Fair, Vogue, along with others will be enough work in itself but then there’s visual research and organizing the studio. Annie was out all day on a photo-shoot which I was able to get a brief glimpse of. After seeing catalogs of her work it is easy to see why she has become such a legend. The images look fantastic even before the retouching. I’m excited to see how the next month goes over.
