Reborn
Irrational
Through the recording and interpretation of my subconscious I can gather insight into our need to dream. However the opposite also exists, by further obscuring these dream interpretation as just random electrochemical reactions in my brain.
2008

This is a homemade 360 degree pinhole camera that took me 4 weeks to make and only cost me under $30. It operates on 120 film through a series of cranks, rollers, and sliders. The final panoramic image is created when the shutter (black leather slip) is removed and the light enters the 6 micro-sized holes in thin aluminum plating and exposes the film. However due to imperfections in the camera (i.e. measurements, diameters, dust, length of exposure) the images are highly unpredictable-the plight of film. As there is no glass to correct the image on the film, the scenes are overlapped, flipped and reversed adding to the dreamlike quality of the prints.
